Breakfast lovely nothing was a problem.Rooms were adequate for comfort.Owners were amazing n very knowledgeable of places to eat lunch tea etc and trams n things to do n see.Will DEFO return

Location was great. Very hospitable, very friendly and welcoming. Very homely and quiet. The breakfast was one of, possibly the best well cooked breakfast and cleanest breakfast ive had. Also theres a a good variety of choice to eat too. Worth noting, if lactose intolerant please let the hotel know as ghey will provide yoir preferred choice of milk.

Lovely guy that was front of house for everything very helpful and a good sense of humour...breakfast was nice ...good choice and kept us going most of the day

We changed room for a bigger one no extra charge .

So friendly, great to have parking, really lovely modern decor which is unusual for breakfast. Fabulous breakfast, great to have black pudding as an option, couldn't do enough for you. Fabulous !

The staff and management were excellent, warm welcome, great attention always on hand to help with any queried, breakfast great set you uo for the day. Near the tram also. A good relaxing feel about this place

The hotel was on the sea front, close to a tram stop. The hotel looked the nicest on the promenade and was warm and welcoming, and always smelt nice. The room was a fair size for a couple, with all facilities you need including a generous sized bathroom. The dining room was spacious and the service was well thought out and everyone was served very quickly. Breakfast was amazing, and generous. Cereals/toasts and jam/full English. Everything was available and the dining area was clean. Mark was very helpful at check in and assisted with our car parking. We didn’t go in to it but there was a bar with pool table and lounge area.
